The following service fees apply when you request changes, cancellations, refunds, or other assistance after your ticket has been issued. All fees are per passenger, per ticket and are charged in addition to any penalties imposed by airlines or travel suppliers.

Waiver assistance applies when we request special approval from the airline for reasons such as:

  • Death or bereavement
  • Duplicate bookings
  • Infant tickets
  • Medical emergencies
  • Military duty
  • Name change or correction
  • No-show situations
  • Ticket reinstatement
  • Routing changes
  • Ticket validity extensions
  • Unaccompanied minor (UNMR)
  • Visa or Schengen visa denial

Refund Policy – ZTravellers.com

Most airline tickets are non-refundable unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of booking. Refunds are only possible if:

  • You are not marked as a “no-show”

Keep all baggage tags and receipts.

No-Show Cases

Documentation must explain why the flight was missed.

Provide proof explaining why boarding was refused.

Duplicate Tickets

Submit copies of all identical itineraries booked through ZTravellers.com.
