ZTravellers.com applies service fees for processing and managing travel bookings. These fees help cover the cost of technology, customer support, and transaction handling. All fees are shown clearly on the payment page before you confirm your reservation.

Online Transaction Service Fees

Service Fee Policy – General Information

• Service fees are displayed in your local currency on the payment page.
• Fees vary by passenger type (adult, child, infant, senior, student, or military).
• Most service fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may qualify for a refund of transaction fees (where permitted by supplier rules).
• Cancellations made after 24 hours are generally non-refundable.
• You will only be charged the final total amount quoted at checkout.

Exclusions from Standard Service Fees

Some bookings may incur additional service charges, including:

• Up to $37.50 per passenger for holiday package bookings
• Up to $150 per passenger for Business or First Class flight bookings
• Up to $75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city itineraries
• Up to $30 per passenger in high-fraud-risk locations
• Up to $41.25 per passenger for bookings with alternate or nearby airports
• Up to $150 per passenger for cruise bookings
• Up to $75 per passenger for unaccompanied minor tickets

Contact Center Booking Fees

Bookings made through our customer support or contact center may include higher service fees due to the complexity of international or multi-stop itineraries.

• Fees may range from $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger
• For senior travelers, fees may be up to $93.75 per passenger
